Covers the full wavelength range 190 to 1000 nmand measured as quickly as 6 second per well, which is significantly faster than other current microplate reader methods. Designed for the widest possible range of applications including life science research work mainly used in DNA/RNA analysis; protein quantitative analysis, support UV absorption, Bradford, Lowry and other methods; end point method ELISA / EIA, with a variety of fitting curves for analysis; MTT (IC50/LD50) analysis; cell proliferation and cytotoxicity tests; protease and kinase, phospholipase, NADH, GST activity test; endotoxin LAL analysis.
