Spectrofluorometer IFM-100 series

Iris Spectrofluorometer IFM-100 series emission is observed at a variable wavelength of 365, 525, and 625 nm. The utmost number of molecules is excited simultaneously. The light is entering through a filter, choosing a fixed wavelength, or a monochromator, that allows a wavelength to be selected for light stimulation. Measure the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent reagent and it has many application including sample scarce and difficult in processing,  low quantity of DNA, RNA, or protein after extraction, and sample will be used in the expensive experiments: qPCR, PCR cloning, transfection, NGS (next-generation sequencing). Detects fluorescent dyes that are precise to the object. These fluorescent dyes emit only when bound to the target molecules, at low concentrations.
