Typically, the Tabletop Autoclaves are used in microbiology laboratories in many sectors, including the food and beverage industries, pharmaceuticals, universities and research establishments. Because of their flexibility, small size autoclaves also have a clinical application and are therefore often used in medical surgeries, dentists, and veterinary practices.
Double safety protection system prevents the cycle from starting if the door is not correctly locked. This system also prevents the door from opening if the pressure inside the chamber is not equal to atmospheric pressure outside the chamber. Pressure safety valve prevents over pressure in the chamber and steam generator. The power is automatically cut if a short circuit or electrical fault occurs. Detect and identify the exact cause of any problem, and to issue a specific error code to the operator. Water level main switch in the main tank is used to controlling the minimum and maximum water level. Its safety features provide automatic warning for maintenance.
The printer and USB option provide option to print and transfer all sterilization data to USB stick, and can be ready directly in any PC and stored electronically.

Iris Tabletop Automatic autoclaves reduce the risk of sterilizer failure (caused by operator error) by eliminating the guesswork when operating a sterilizer. The operator simply selects the cycle that matches the instrument load they are sterilizing, and the sterilizer automatically fills, heats, sterilizes, vents, and dries - completely on its own. These autoclaves are preferred in busy laboratories, allowing the operator to do other more important tasks.
